We act for a number of corporations and provide general counsel on matters of corporate and commercial need. We maintain Minute Books and records for both small, mid-size and larger companies, sole proprietorships and partnerships and we provide ongoing advice on issues of commercial nature.  We incorporate both provincial and federal companies and also act for  non-profit organizations.  Ongoing filings are important to maintain as are annual minutes and corporate resolutions.  We have developed in a system of regular corporate filings and can assist you in being more productive and organized in this aspect of your business.  In conjunction with your accountants we can assist in a smooth and orderly corporate record keeping.  Usual corporate affairs such as shareholder agreements, amalgamations, reorganizations, revivals, corporate finance matters, continuations, wind ups are undertaken on an ongoing basis by our competent staff.

Fees for a basic Provincial Incorporation:

Mr. Day's Fee:             $850 + GST
Disbursements:           $500 - $600 + Applicable GST

Fees for a basic Federal Incorporation:

Mr. Day's Fee:            $850 + GST
Disbursements:          $700 - $800 + Applicable GST
